Graphic Designer
We are looking for a Graphic Designer - this role is ideal for a candidate looking for experience with a range of projects, clients and design media. The candidate will work predominantly with graphics, for digital use - as well as traditional print.
Job roles
We expect the candidate to be responsible for design, website maintenance, social media and newsletter management. The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and juggle several projects.
Key duties of the candidate
• Help with the initial design and be involved with the population of website content and any other marketing and social media campaigns
• Fully competent in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Degree in graphic design or similar
• Communication skills and assist with Customer Support tickets and requests
• Industry knowledge of designing for print
• Great organisational and communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
• Experience and able to demonstrate a strong portfolio, and provide evidence of working in a professional environment
• Ability to design a website layout from a client brief in Photoshop
• A general understanding of CSS, HTML files within a hosting environment
• Deliver in a timely manner, must be able to work to deadlines and happy to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary depending on experience / Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Web Developer
We are looking for a Web Developer. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for experience in a range of industries. We expect the candidate to work with website building, maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and have great time & project management skills
Job roles
• Strong experience with CMS development – in particular Joomla
• Ability to be self-led, hard working and willingness to learn
• Ability to convert a .psd file to a CMS system
• Communication skills and assist with Customer Support tickets and requests
• General website maintenance and content management/set up
• Website Troubleshooting and problem solver
• Ability to modify and develop existing extensions/plugins
• Ability to modify core functions/set up of CMS systems (Joomla)
• Understanding of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator files
• Candidate should have a ‘Yes’ attitude, and willing to learn
• At least 3 years web development experience
• Hard working and proactive and ability to deliver in a timely manner, must be able to work to deadlines and happy to work in a fast-paced environment
• Trained to degree level
• A very good skill level of creating/editing PHP, MYSQL, JavaScript. jQuery, CSS and HTML
• Ability to analyse and provide solutions for clients
• SEO & website security knowledge would be desirable, but not essential
