This project was for a client that had found a niche in the market for online property listing websites.

They aimed to target the Cardiff area, making them area specific. Estate agents are currently are paying large rates to list on national sites. A  similar service for estate agents but with more benefits.

In terms of the design we wanted an easy to use website that managed a lot of data.

There are 2 key areas we focussed on visitors usability and estate agent accounts.

As their selected web designer, we created a fully functional site that allowed visitors to search by areas of cardiff.
Estate agents in Cardiff would have access to their own administrator panel which would allow properties to be listed-
